Amazon’s own Request a Review, sent automatically on every order Amazon says is eligible. We check with Amazon before each request, so the one attempt an order gets is never spent on a refusal. You do nothing.
Amazon allows exactly one review request per order, inside a narrow window. Ask on the wrong day and that order’s only chance is gone for good.
Amazon permits a single Request a Review. A refused attempt cannot be taken back or tried again later.
The window opens five days after delivery and closes at thirty. Most sellers ask too early, and the request is simply refused.
Clicking the button by hand on hundreds of orders is not work anyone does for long, so it quietly stops happening.
Before every request, we ask Amazon whether it will accept one for that order. Only then do we send.
Four steps, about three minutes.
Email and a password. If you already have a Brijwasi Retail account, sign in instead and the service is added to it.
Brand name, contact and marketplace. Nothing more than we need.
You authorise us through Amazon’s own screen. We never see or store your Amazon password.
15 days begin the moment Amazon is connected, not when you signed up, and requests start going out the same day.
So there is no surprise later.
No. The buyer receives Amazon's own standard Request a Review message, sent by Amazon through its Solicitations API. We do not write it, cannot change its wording, and never message your buyers directly, which is also why nothing here can breach Amazon's communication policy.
One. Amazon permits a single Request a Review per order and a refused attempt cannot be retried, which is why we ask Amazon whether it will accept one before we send.
Amazon measures its window from delivery. Where the Orders API has reported the package delivered we time the request from that date; where it has not reported yet we wait a set number of days from the order date. You can change both, within Amazon's limits.
No. You authorise us on Amazon's own screen through the Selling Partner API. Your Seller Central password is never typed into anything of ours and is never stored.
The trial runs 15 days with no card required. After that the service is billed monthly, and you can cancel at any time from inside the portal.
Yes. A daily email lists every request sent, the order it belonged to and what is queued next, and the same detail is in the dashboard. You choose what time the email arrives.
