1. Who We Are

Brijwasi Retail ("Brijwasi Retail", "we", "us", or "our") is an e-commerce operations and marketplace management service based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. We help brands manage their Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Vendor Central, Amazon Advertising, and other marketplace operations through our client portal at brijwasiretail.online.

This Privacy Policy applies to our website, our client portal, our browser extension, and any application or service that connects to Amazon on behalf of a brand we work with: including through the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API), the Amazon Advertising API, and Login with Amazon.

2. Information We Collect

a. Information you give us

• Account details, name, business name, email address, phone number, and login credentials for our portal.
• Business information you enter, product costs (COGS), GST details, and settings used to calculate your reports.

b. Login with Amazon profile data

When you authorise our application using Login with Amazon, we may receive the basic profile information you consent to share, your name, email address, and postal (zip) code. We use this only to identify your account and link it to your authorised Amazon selling account. We do not request more than we need.

c. Amazon Selling Partner & Advertising data

With your explicit authorisation, and only for the accounts you connect, we access data through Amazon's official APIs to provide our services, such as: orders, settlements and transactions, inventory, catalog/listing data, advertising campaign performance, returns, and fee/settlement reports. This may include order-related information that Amazon classifies as Personally Identifiable Information (PII).

3. Amazon Data & Login with Amazon. Special Protections

Specifically, for all data obtained through Amazon APIs and Login with Amazon:

• We never sell Amazon data to anyone, for any purpose.
• We never share Amazon data with third parties except where strictly required to provide the service to that same seller (see Section 5), or where required by law.
• We use Amazon Information only for the seller's own operations and reporting, not for advertising to buyers, not for building marketing lists, and not for any independent use.
• We apply data minimisation. We request and retain only the data needed for the features you use.
• Personally Identifiable Information (PII) relating to Amazon buyers is retained only as long as needed to provide the service and to comply with law, and is deleted or archived per Amazon's requirements (see Section 7).

4. How We Use Information

• To operate your client portal and show your dashboards, P&L, inventory, advertising, and settlement reports.
• To calculate profitability, fees, returns, and other analytics from your authorised Amazon data.
• To detect issues such as listing changes, buy-box undercutting, or reimbursement opportunities on your behalf.
• To communicate with you about your account (for example, service emails and alerts).
• To secure, maintain, and improve our service.

5. Data Sharing & Selling

We do not sell your data or your Amazon data to anyone. We do not trade, rent, or share it for advertising or marketing by third parties.

We share information only with trusted service providers strictly necessary to run the service (for example, secure cloud hosting and email delivery), who are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations and may use the data only to perform services for us. We may also disclose information if required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.

6. Data Security

We protect your information using industry-standard safeguards, including:

• Encryption in transit, all data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS.
• Encryption at rest, sensitive credentials and tokens are stored encrypted.
• Access controls, access to Amazon data is restricted on a least-privilege, need-to-know basis, and each seller's data is isolated to their own account.
• Secure credential handling. Amazon API tokens are never exposed to other clients and are used only to serve the account that granted them.
• Ongoing monitoring, logging, and regular review of our systems.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

We keep your data only for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. Amazon Personally Identifiable Information is retained no longer than required and is deleted or securely archived in line with the Amazon Data Protection Policy.

You may request deletion of your data at any time, and we will delete it (except where we are legally required to retain certain records). When you disconnect your Amazon account or close your Brijwasi Retail account, we stop accessing your Amazon data and remove stored Amazon credentials.

8. Security Incident Response

We maintain an incident-response process. In the event of a suspected or confirmed security incident affecting Amazon Information, we will investigate promptly, take remedial action, and notify Amazon within 24 hours as required by the Amazon Data Protection Policy, and notify affected users and authorities where the law requires. To date, Brijwasi Retail has not experienced a data breach, and we do not disclose your data to any unauthorised party.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law (including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. You can revoke our access to your Amazon account at any time from within Amazon Seller Central or your Amazon account settings.

10. Cookies

Our portal uses only essential cookies needed to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences (such as light/dark theme). We do not use cookies to track you across other websites.

11. Children

Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated through the portal or by email.
