This is the agreement between you and Brijwasi Retail for our client portal and the services you take from us, including the Amazon Review Service.
Please read these terms before you create an account. By ticking the box at sign-up, or by using the portal or any of our services, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account and do not use the services.
If you are signing up on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these terms for that company, and "you" means that company.
Our services are for businesses selling on online marketplaces. They are not intended for consumers or for anyone under 18.
Brijwasi Retail provides a client portal and a set of marketplace services. You buy services individually. Holding one service does not give you access to any other, and the portal will only show you what you hold. What you have bought is shown in your account at any time.
We provide the services with reasonable skill and care, but we do not promise that they will be uninterrupted or error-free. Marketplaces change their systems, rules and interfaces without notice, and parts of a service can stop working for reasons outside our control.
This service asks Amazon to send its own Request a Review message for your eligible orders, automatically. It is important that you understand exactly what that means:
To provide the service we need your permission to act for you on Amazon. You give that permission on Amazon's own screen.
Paid services are quoted to you before they begin. Fees are exclusive of GST and any other applicable taxes, which are added where required. Where a service is billed for a period, that period is payable in full.
If a payment is not made, we may suspend the affected service after telling you. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
You may stop using the services at any time. To close an account or cancel a paid service, email sellersupport@brijwasiretail.online and we will confirm in writing.
On cancellation your access ends at the end of the period you have paid for. You may ask us to delete your data, and we will do so as described in our Privacy Policy, except where we are required to keep records by law.
The portal, its software, design and content belong to Brijwasi Retail. You get the right to use them while you hold a service, and nothing more.
Your business data stays yours. Your orders, products, settings and reports belong to you. We use them to provide the services and for nothing else, and we do not sell them.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
Subject to that, we are not liable for lost profits, lost sales, lost reviews, loss of rankings, or any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the affected service in the three months before the claim.
We are not responsible for the acts of Amazon or any other marketplace: including changes to their APIs or policies, refusal of a review request, suspension of your account, or removal of a review.
We may update these terms. When we do, we revise the "Last updated" date above, and we will tell you by email or through the portal before any material change takes effect. Continuing to use the services after that means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
