Do I have to pay for the first conversation?
No. The first call is a free consultation, and the account review we do before it is free as well.
What do you need from me to review my account?
Nothing at the enquiry stage. Tell us the brand and the marketplaces you sell on. Read-only access, through Amazon's own authorisation screen, comes later and only if you decide to go ahead.
Do you work with sellers outside India?
Our operations are built around Amazon.in and the Indian marketplaces. Write to us with what you need and we will tell you plainly whether we are the right fit rather than take the work regardless.
